Eligibility for Return
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with intact seals.
Returns are applicable only if the product is found to be defective, leaked, or incorrectly delivered.
Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items
Due to the nature of edible products, the following conditions are not eligible for return or replacement:
Broken glass jars (as damage may occur during transit despite protective packaging)
Opened, partially used, or tampered products
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
Return requests raised after the return window
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged (excluding broken jars), defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or video of the product and outer packaging
Once verified, we will initiate the appropriate resolution.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method, or any other mode as mutually communicated and agreed with the customer.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
